Pilots are required to be current SAFA members, carry a recently repacked parachute, UHF radio, and altimeter.
Scoring will be by GPS tracklog. Pilots are advised to have a means or recording and uploading an .igc tracklog file to the scoring site xc.highcloud.net

Colac Colac Caravan Park.
'Clack Clack' is where most of us stay. It is large, well managed, has great (new) amenities, and after a hot day you can enjoy a cool beverage beside, or in the Nariel creek. This is the venue for the presentation BBQ. Stay here and you wont need a 'designated driver'.
Corryong Hotel Motel
This is where we will hold our pilot registration on the evening of the practice day. Call-in here, register & have a meal. They also have motel rooms available.
Mt Mittamatitie Caravan Park & Fuel
An alternate caravan park and also the place to get fuel. This park was burnt-out in the 2020 bushfires and has rebuilt since then.
Towong free camping
From April 2022 the Towong bridge is being removed & replaced. Works are expected to take 18 months. See this LINK. Alternative routes via either Bringebrong or Tintaldra will add about 20 minutes to travel time to get to and from Corryong.
Nariel Creek Recreation Reserve
Camping fees $5 per night. This site hosts a folk music festival every year after Xmas. May still be occupied in mid-January? Make your own inquiries regarding site availability. You can always get an unpowered site at Clack Clack.
