Fence stiles not only make it safer to exit a paddock with your glider but also show the landowner that we are respecting their property and not damaging their fences.

In 2021 we spent considerable time designing, certifying, commissioning, transporting & installing 2 new fence stiles for the Corryong area.

One was used to replace the existing rickety unsafe (uncertified) one at the main bombout, and another at the goal paddock adjacent to the airport.

While HG Comps did the organising & installation, we have the VHPA to thank for funding the construction & pilot Dave Moore to thank for the technical drawings & certification.

 

We now have a certified design that can be re-used in any location.
